The delivery times for our in-stock products may vary depending on the destination. Here's a breakdown:
- For orders within The Netherlands, you can expect delivery on the next business day, excluding Sundays and holidays.
- For orders destined for Belgium, France, and Germany, delivery typically takes around 48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.
- If you reside in a location other than the aforementioned countries, the estimated delivery time for in-stock products is within 7 days.
- Please note that these timeframes are approximate and subject to factors such as courier services and local customs processes. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your order as fast as possible.
Currently, we offer shipping services to customers residing in The Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany. If you are located outside of these countries but would like to order our products, please reach out to us. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore possible options for international delivery.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a track and trace code. This code will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and keep updated on its current status.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy offers you the convenience of requesting a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the item remains in its original condition, and in its original packaging. It should be unopened and unused. Additionally, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number) along with your return request.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for return. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
